Facility maintenance and Accreditation by AAAASF is a time consuming and expensive process. Fractional leasing of surgical facilities is possible at select sites in Manhattan.  Full perioperative support provided in a turn-key environment. Pay for only the days you need, no hourly limitations.

AAAASF requires that the surgeons who perform procedures in the facility be board certified in an ABMS surgical specialty. Only those procedures for which hospital privileges are held may be performed.

In addition to daily facility rate, 

• $750 one-time AAAASF Accreditation fee per facility, per year.

• $500/hour Anesthesiology fee

• $100/hour for Scrub Nurse and Circulating Nurse (each)
